El xef Jorge Moreno va exposar la cuina de <a href=\"https:\/\/valenciaplaza.com\/voraz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Voraz<\/a> a la jornada de formaci\u00f3 que va tenir lloc durant el mat\u00ed a la part de dalt del restaurant Balandros. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Cuina creativa des de la tradici\u00f3<\/h2>\n<p>El xef Jorge Moreno va explicar diferents conceptes relacionats amb la cuina creativa des de la tradici\u00f3. Durant el curs, els assistents van poder adquirir formaci\u00f3 relacionada amb els conceptes tradicionals des d&#8217;un punt de vista t\u00e8cnic i globalitzat. <\/p>\n<p>El curs, que estava dirigit a 15 persones, es va desenvolupar en format teoricopr\u00e0ctic. Despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;explicaci\u00f3 dels diferents conceptes b\u00e0sics, el xef va demostrar les seves t\u00e8cniques en directe, fent diferents plats. <\/p>\n<p>Entre ells va destacar la coca amb tontina, soparet alicant\u00ed, arr\u00f2s amb conill i cargols i bollit de peix. Des del Restaurant Balandros estem molt satisfets del resultat d&#8217;aquest curs.  Per finalitzar el mat\u00ed, els assistents i ponents van dinar al nostre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restaurantebalandros.com\/ca\/\">restaurant<\/a> i van gaudir d&#8217;una de les millors vistes que ofereix D\u00e9nia des del Reial Club N\u00e0utic.
