These recipes are very beneficial for our organism. They include proteins (legumes/meat/fish), vitamins and minerals (vegetables). They contain numerous macronutrients and micronutrients essential for the proper functioning of our body.
They provide us with the necessary energy and help us to have slow digestions that keep us satiated for longer. Spoon autumns: 5 different possibilities to keep your body warm
From Monday to Friday we offer a wide variety of possibilities in our menu. It should be noted that the Otoños de cuchara menu is priced at 14 euros and is composed, apart from the main course, 2 starters and dessert of the house.
Here is the main dish for each day of the week:
Monday: White beans with “patonet” of pork and chorizo.
Tuesday: Lentils with chorizo.
Wednesday: Codfish stew.
Thursday: Valencian stew.
Friday: Cous cous cous.
