Christmas is just around the corner. A time full of good wishes, ideal to share with your family and friends. Therefore, from Balandros Restaurant we have set to work to prepare special menus for these days.

In this sense, we have two special menus: one for Christmas Day and the other for New Year’s Eve. In this post we are going to tell you all the details of the dishes with Mediterranean essence that we have prepared to celebrate with you in a unique environment: with the Montgó in the background and the incomparable views of the marina of the Club Náutico de Dénia.

 

Special menus for Christmas and New Year’s Eve

For the 25th and 31st of December we have prepared special menus to share with your family, or with whomever you want. It’s time to make your reservation and make sure to celebrate these emotional days in our restaurant. Here are the details of the menus that, with so much love and care, our kitchen team has prepared.

 

CHRISTMAS MENU

For only 35 euros you can enjoy a complete Christmas menu. We will start with four starters, followed by a main course of your choice and a dessert that will leave you with a good taste in your mouth. The dishes are as follows:

Starters: Pumpkin cream with orange peel aroma, candied artichokes with marinated salmon, mustard sauce and poached egg yolk, breaded seafood stuffed squid on mango and yellow chili cream and red curry meatballs.

Choice of main course: Rice with lobster and mushrooms, red tuna sautéed with vegetables and soy sauce or veal cheeks in their juice.

To top it all off: Raffaello (coconut) cake.

 

NEW YEAR’S EVE MENU

Say goodbye to the year in Balandros Restaurant in style. We have prepared a special menu for this magical night, with music and open bar until 4 am. We assure you that you will enjoy and live one of the most fun nights at the Club Náutico de Dénia. This night will cost you 95 euros per person. Take advantage and book your place now.

Our proposal for New Year’s Eve:

Starters: Lobster cream, Artichoke flower confit with foie sauce, caramel and crunchy yucca, boneless suckling pig with apple compote in its juice and mojito sorbet.

Main course: Grilled sea bass with sautéed vegetables, crunchy yucca and white asparagus cream.

Dessert: Chocolate brownie with walnuts, Worcestershire sauce and vanilla salt flakes.

We will also have Christmas sweets, lucky grapes, coffee and cotillion.

Our winery: Marqués de Cáceres Verdejo, Rioja Señorío de Villarrica Crianza and Brut Nature Valenciano.
