This weekend is celebrated the Dna Restaurant in Denia. The festival of the gastronomy of Denia. And from Balandros restaurant we participate in this initiative with our special menu.

Our proposal for the Dna Restaurant: Land and Sea Border Menu

Our Dna Restaurant menu consists of three starters, a main course of your choice and dessert. Accompanied by a glass of mistela and white wine. All this for a special price of 35 euros per person. Take this opportunity to taste the rich gastronomy of Dianes in a restaurant with unique views from the Yacht Club.
Our proposal for starters is:
- Pumpkin cream with orange peel aroma.
- Artichoke hearts confit with shrimp, garlic, poached egg and rosemary.
- Breaded seafood stuffed squid on a bed of mango cream and aji amarillo chili.
The main course to choose from:
- Mellow artichoke rice with crayfish and garlic.
- Mediterranean bluefin tuna with soy sauce.
And for dessert, a classic of Denia’s cuisine:
- Pumpkin cake with chocolate
- Glass of red mistela of garnacha Bodegas Xaló.
The wine to pair with this special menu is the white wine Bahía de Dénia, from Bodegas Xaló.
